These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Broom Riding ("BroomRiding AI", "we", "us") at getbroomriding.com. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Broom Riding turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video of a person riding a broom. Results are created by AI and can vary; we do not guarantee any specific output.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content and consent

  • Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission.
  • Do not upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or guardian.
  • Do not upload content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Do not use generated videos to impersonate, deceive, defame or harass anyone.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to process them only to provide the service. Subject to these Terms, you may use your generated videos for personal and social-media purposes.

Credits and payments

  • Video generation uses credits. New accounts may receive free trial credits.
  • Credit packs and subscriptions are sold through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as stated at purchase.
  • If a generation fails, the credits for that video are returned automatically.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass limits of the service. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
