This Privacy Policy explains how Broom Riding ("BroomRiding AI", "we", "us"), operating at getbroomriding.com, handles your information when you use our AI broom riding video generator.

Information we collect

Account data: your email address and name, or the basic profile details shared by a sign-in provider such as Google.
Photos you upload: the portrait photo you submit to create a video.
Generated videos: the AI video created from your photo.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive order details (amount, product, status) but never your full card number.
Usage data: basic logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics about page visits and errors.

How we use your information

To create your broom riding video and show it to you.
To manage your account, credits and purchases.
To prevent abuse, fraud and misuse of the service.
To answer support requests.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

Photo and video retention

Uploaded photos are sent to temporary storage at our AI processing provider and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
Generated videos stay available for download for up to 14 days, then they are deleted.
You can ask us to delete your account and related data at any time by emailing support@getbroomriding.com.

We share data only with providers needed to run the service: hosting (Cloudflare), AI video processing (a third-party image-to-video API), payments (Stripe), and email delivery. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@getbroomriding.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not upload photos of minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to stored data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
