Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your broom riding videos. This policy explains when we offer refunds.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits for that video are returned to your account automatically. No request is needed.

Credit packs

• You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack.
• If you used some credits and the results were clearly broken (for example, a corrupted file), email us and we will review it case by case.
• Credits that were used to generate videos are generally not refundable.

Monthly subscription

• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; you keep your credits until the end of the paid period.
• A renewal charge can be refunded within 7 days if no credits from that period were used.

How to request a refund

Email support@getbroomriding.com with the email address on your account and the order date. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
